SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All orders are shipped by trackable lettermail.

For France customers the shipping will be calculated and added to the total amount of your order, you should receive your product within 2 to 4 days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays)

For European Union and North American customers the shipping will be calculated and added to the total amount of your order.

European Union and North American orders should be received within 4 to 6 days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays)

All online orders are treated daily (excluding weekends and holidays)

RETURN POLICY

If your Babyshell breastfeeding shells arrive damaged or are not the right size, you can return them to us (at your cost) within 7 days for exchange or refund. Please note carefully your customer and shipping information including address, email and telephone number so we can offer you the best service.
